Correction Policy

Granada Noticias is committed to publishing accurate, verified, and honest information. When we make mistakes, we correct them transparently and without delay.

Types of corrections

We distinguish between three types of interventions on published content:

Correction: Modification of an incorrect factual detail (name, date, figure, position, etc.). The correction date and the nature of the fixed error are indicated at the bottom of the article.

Update: Addition of new information that complements or changes the context of a news item already published. The update date is indicated.

Withdrawal: In exceptional cases, when an article cannot be sufficiently corrected or has been published in violation of fundamental rights, it may be withdrawn in full. In this case, a public record is left with an explanatory note.

How to request a correction

Any person, institution, or organization that detects an error in the content of Granada Noticias may request a correction by writing to: [email protected], indicating the URL of the article, the information considered incorrect, and, if possible, the source or documentation that supports it.

The editorial team undertakes to review all requests within a maximum period of 48 hours and to respond to all of them, whether the request is accepted or not.
