How we manage the feedback we receive
— We read all the messages we receive.
— We respond within a maximum of 72 hours, except during periods of exceptional information volume.
— If the feedback leads to a correction or update of an article, we handle it according to our corrections policy.
— If the feedback leads to an investigation or a new article, your contact will be treated with the confidentiality established by our anonymous sources policy.
What we do not do
Reader feedback never conditions the editorial line of Granada Noticias and cannot imply the removal of truthful information published in good faith. Pressure, threats, or attempts to influence the newsroom will be documented and, where appropriate, made public.
